The Tremp del Pallars County Hospital now runs on biofuel thanks to a biomass boiler which improves the building’s energy efficiency and provides hot water and heating through forest biomass

The new boiler will make it possible to obtain greater energy efficiency using elements local to the territory. The system, formed by a silo and a 500kW boiler room, will save the property an annual €50,000.
These installations have been completed in a temporary joint venture with the company Imartec.
