The new iLERNA corporate headquarters in Lleida is one of the most significant timber buildings in Catalonia and a benchmark in sustainability, innovation, and energy efficiency.
With more than 5,800 m², the building has been designed to provide a modern and functional working environment, integrating multipurpose spaces and construction solutions focused on comfort, well-being, and energy optimization.
JORFE carried out the complete execution of the building installations, including HVAC systems, ventilation, electrical installations, lighting, and renewable energy systems.
Our work was adapted to an innovative laminated timber structure, where technical coordination, execution efficiency, and seamless integration of all installations were key factors throughout the project.
With this project, JORFE reinforces its commitment to the development of sustainable, energy-efficient, and technologically advanced buildings.
